• The platform provides optional webhook endpoints for automating financial entries.
• You agree to use these pipelines strictly for your own personal, authorized data logging.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that the configurations, access tokens, and third-party keys you bind to your account are managed safely and privately.

4. Non-Custodial & Advisory Disclaimer

• No Financial Advice: EverWealth is a pure data organization and accounting tool. Content, charts, and metrics generated by the platform do not constitute professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
• No Asset Management: The Service is strictly non-custodial. EverWealth does not hold, manage, transfer, or interact with real fiat currency balances, bank accounts, or digital crypto assets. It records historical metadata provided explicitly by the user.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall EverWealth, its developers, or its infrastructure partners be liable for any data entry omissions, synchronization delays, server maintenance windows, or indirect financial impacts resulting from your use of the application data.
